When’s the last time you swore at a website? Would you like to make websites easier to use and get paid for it too? Here's your chance to have your say and influence how big household brands can shape their website to better suit your needs.
Once you're a member we email you when we have an opportunity to get involved. You'll be asked a couple of simple questions to see if you match the type of person who would use the website.
If you are, and you're free on the days we need you, then we will book a time slot with you. It's a first come first served basis so you'll have to be quick.
It’s like a focus group but it’s only with one other person. You’ll explore a few websites and then have a friendly chat with one of our researchers. Our researcher is looking to understand how you feel about the websites you've used.
Think of it as an online version of mystery shopping which lasts about an hour. It's fun, it's easy, and it's rewarding too.
Imagine you own a website selling shoes and you want to get feedback from your customers to help you improve your website. You wouldn't want just anyone to give you feedback. You'd want shoe lovers who regularly buy online.
So there may be times when you don't match the type of person who would normally use the website. But don't worry, you may well be a great fit for the next website that needs our help.
Don't worry it is stored in our secure database and is only ever used to help us find people to take part in website reviews.
